Sessions can be held either virtually over Zoom, or in person at my office in Beavercreek at the Ayurveda Natural Health Center.  You can choose what format works best for your life and schedule.

The best way to know if this work is for you is by scheduling an Akashic Consultation. 
You will fill out an intake form so we can deep dive together. We will have a 1 hour phone conversation about your goals and challenges, and from there, determine if we are a good fit for working together and if this work is aligned to you at this time.
